My Name is Ashley Stovell and I believe in the power of touch and feel it is an essential part of a balanced self care routine. My studies at Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy taught me to thoroughly listen to my clients and devise a treatment specific to their needs. I utilize Swedish, deep tissue and gentle joint mobilizations techniques to effectively soften tension. I enjoy focusing on the head, neck and shoulders to melt away headaches, relax shoulders and increase circulation. It is also the common area that aggravates those avid desk workers. However, I have also studied myofascial massage, trigger point, and prenatal massage and I enjoy them just as much. My twelve years as a massage therapist has taught me to educate my clients to help provide self care so they can progressively reach a point of living without pain.
