Welcome to Reiki with Mia!

I have been a Certified Level 3, Master Reiki practitioner for three years in the Usui Shiki Ryoho method. Reiki helps to channel life-force energy to the mind, body, and spirit. During Reiki sessions I use a combination of crystals, sound bowls, and essential oils. These can help someone become aware and correct misalignments in their energy field to promote self healing. Not only do I provide reiki sessions, but I'm a reiki teacher. I teach all levels of reiki to many of my clients. As someone who deals with chronic illness reiki has helped me tremendously. During a session i educate clients on how to use reiki on a daily basis to improve their health, mindset, and a positive lifestyle change. I've helped many clients that struggle with anxiety, chronic pain, and healing trauma. I have seen many clients walk out of their session feeling rejuvenated and light. Reiki helps a person return back into their natural state of wellness.Making Reiki part of your wellness plan will help you feel balanced and in harmony with yourself and others. My mission is to help clients become the best versions of themselves and to heal. I have always loved helping people for it comes natural to me, with reiki I can use my gift to help people.In my spare time I love hiking, reading, and gardening.
