Therapeutic Massage:

My approach to massage is to focus on each clients specific needs. Whether you are looking for a full body massage and relaxation or if you have a specific area you want me to spend more time on, it is important for me to take this information into account. My therapeutic massage also comes with a hot stone or aromatherapy add on. Hot stone is perfect for stubborn muscular tension and asists in releasing it. Aromatherapy has the ability to completely change your state of mind in an instant, promotes relaxation and helps with muscle aches and pains (depending on what oils are used). Every essential oil blend I create is made with purpose.

Raindrop Technique:

This is a gentle massage technique that incorporates a combination of 9 different essential oils, reflexology, nerve strokes and massage techniques primarily along the spine. Its main purpose is to rebalance your energy centers and relieve tension in the muscles along the spine, which in turn promotes overall back relief. Each oil is placed on the arch of the feet which is the reflexology point for the spine. Next, oils are dripped along the spine followed by nerve strokes and massage techniques.

Reiki:

Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy. Life force energy exists in all living things, within and around us. A reiki practitioner's purpose is to serve as a bridge and guide, holding space for the client to rest and open themselves up to receiving this energy. In my practice it is important for me to emphasize, we all have the ability to heal ourselves and you come to me to remember this on your own as Reiki flows through to you. Reiki has its own wisdom as well, it knows where to flow to remove any blockages and revitalize your mind, body and soul. The overall experience does wonders to your nervous system. Being in a meditative state for a prolonged time, activates the parasympathetic nervous system; to rest, digest and restore the body. Mother Nature knows when to bloom, shift and rest. Our bodies are the same in this way, we just have to take time to sit still and listen.

Sound Healing:

Sound therapy has become an essential part of my energy sessions. I use a combination of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and percussion instruments (ocean drum/ rain stick/ wind chimes). Each session is unique and intuitively guided. Sound enhances the experience especially if you have trouble clearing your thoughts to reach a state of meditation. Crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls vibrate at different measurable frequencies and come in different notes that correspond to your main chakras, helping you find balance and release stuck energy.
