The initial visit will include a vocal intake going over medical history, postural evaluation will be done in sportswear, shorts, tank or sports bra. We will be going over your range of motion, incorporating myofascial and positional release.

Multiple techniques incorporated into your customized session. This is a follow up to your initial visit, we will go over the treatment plan briefly and discuses changes, if necessary, at checkout.
