Hannah is eager to demonstrate her skill and expertise in a session with you. New to San Diego, Hannah comes with over thirteen years of massage therapy experience.

Her first massage therapy school in Kauai specialized in Structural Integration, providing her with foundational knowledge of fascial release and structural alignment to decrease pain and increase mobility. She continued her massage education in Connecticut where she learned the modalities of sports massage, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic massage.

Her initial interest in bodywork began in 2010 at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In her two years of schooling, she became a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Instructor. After graduation, Hannah traveled to India where she deepened her passion and knowledge of holistic wellbeing through apprenticeship and teaching.

Hannah’s dynamic background combines therapy approaches to holistically assess and treat clients. Her goal is to provide deeply therapeutic, relaxing and rejuvenating sessions for each person. As a yogi, a meditator, and individual with a passion for strength training, Hannah is committed to understanding your goals at the beginning of each session and tailoring her practice to your needs.
