Asha Surti, MS OTR/L, specializes in the art of Reiki. Asha is a Holistic Occupational Therapist & Reiki practitioner licensed in NJ and NY. She uses holistic approaches incorporating the mind, body and spirit. She has been a licensed OT practitioner for the past eight years, after graduating with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Boston University's Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in 2008. She is certified as a 9th generation Reiki Master after completing her training with top RMT Nicholas Harris in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Asha's approach is client centered and holistic. From working in pediatrics to adult home health, she has had the privilege to work with a variety of amazing individuals on their life journey. Whether it is for anxiety, pain management, physical disabilities, depression, weight loss, or any other issue, Reiki can be used to empower clients through energy work. Reiki is a technique that uses light touch, visualization, symbols and vibrations to promote and kickstart the self healing process.

Asha's passion is working with individuals with anxiety and depression to increase energy levels and overall quality of life. With Reiki healing, most clients see a significant reduction in anxiety after just a few sessions. Clients often report an increased sense of balance, mental clarity and less "chatter," and subtle changes in patience and relationships.

Her late aunt Urmila Surti, who passed away of breast cancer, served as Asha's inspiration. She was a Reiki Master in India who many sought to see. Asha's sister, Pratima, is also attuned to Reiki and an intuitive. Reiki is a practice that has been taught to her by her mentors and family lineage.

She is located in Hoboken, NJ on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays.
