Jessica Vertz is twelve year BCETMB national board certified massage therapist trained in many different modalities which she incorporates into each session as needed. Her training includes, Tui Na, Sensory Repatterning, Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Circulatory, Neuro Muscular therapy, and pregnancy massage.

Tui Na is an invigorating Chinese method which utilizes trigger points to relieve tension in the body. Sensory Repatterning incorporates gentle rocking and passive movement to increase range of motion. Lomi Lomi is a deeply circulatory Hawaiian method. Shiatsu is a modality designed to move around lymph.

She practices Deep Tissue patiently and with just the right amount of pressure. Circulatory massage is relaxing, invigorating and rejuvenating, and she incorporates it in her own routine as with every other method. Neuro-Muscular therapy focuses on relieving painful trigger points. Rather than practicing each of these modalities separately she uses them as a tool kit to address tissue issues as she finds them.
