I have over 1,200 hours of massage and yoga education/training and am learning more all the time. My massage style is eclectic, and I often integrate multiple styles into a single massage session. In any given massage I may use Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Gua Sha and/or Assisted Stretching. Aromatherapy with essential oils is available upon request.

Throughout the massage communication is encouraged to let me know if you want more or less pressure, or if there is anything else that would make you more comfortable.
