Hi! I'm Katina, licensed massage therapist and owner of Columbia Pain Relief, specializing in relief for upper body and neck pain. I am extensively trained in the Myofascial Release approach taught by world renowned physical therapist and educator, John Barnes. I utilize this incredibly effective technique to help my clients alleviate the stress patterns within their bodies.

I worked for the University of Missouri for 24 years. After being rear-ended in a car accident and finding relief through massage therapy, I thought to myself, "how awesome would it be to come to work each day and your job is to make people feel better". In 2018 I decided to make a career change and become a massage therapist to help others. Helping others is my passion in life. Through my own personal experience and the experience of others, I understand how easy it is for our upper bodies and necks to get tight and hurt. I started my massage career working for Massage Envy and now own my own massage practice!
