Hi! I'm Justina Samuel, and I'm so glad you're here.

I grew up in a small farming community in eastern Colorado, where family, hard work, animals, and the outdoors shaped who I am. My passion for massage therapy began after my own healing journey. Following a horse-related injury, I struggled with daily headaches and severe dizziness. Massage therapy and chiropractic care helped me regain my quality of life, and that experience inspired me to help others find the same relief.

After graduating from the Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley, Colorado, I discovered my passion for therapeutic and deep tissue massage. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work alongside chiropractors and physical therapists, gaining valuable experience treating chronic pain, injuries, muscle tension, and movement dysfunction. I also earned my Associate Degree in Business Management from Aims Community College.

Today, I specialize in helping clients with chronic pain, headaches, injuries, and muscle tightness, while also working with athletes and people who lead active lifestyles. Whether you're training, recovering, or simply trying to move through daily life without pain, every session is customized to your body's needs. My goal is to provide lasting results through therapeutic massage, stretching, and education—not just temporary relief.

In 2017, my husband and I welcomed our boy-girl twins, which gave me an even greater appreciation for the physical demands of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and women's health. That passion has continued to grow throughout my career, and in 2025 I became certified in Mayan Abdominal Massage. I love supporting women through every stage of life—from pregnancy and postpartum to addressing abdominal, pelvic, and digestive concerns in a gentle, holistic way.

In 2020, I became certified in cupping therapy, adding another effective tool to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and promote healing with less soreness than traditional deep tissue massage alone.

My family and I moved to Cheyenne in 2021, and after five years, we're proud to call this community home. Building relationships with my clients and helping them live healthier, more active lives has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
