I've always enjoyed and thrived on leading an active lifestyle - as a runner, yoga practitioner, mom of two active boys, hiking, biking, kayaking, etc. Now in my 40s, I truly believe I'm able to keep my body moving and doing all of these things pain-free through a combination of massage, self-care, and yoga. -- I'd like to help you do the same.

My massage therapy philosophy is centered on finding the primary source to remove restrictions and release tight muscles in the body - not just spot treatment - allowing you to live pain free and move freely.

I specialize in Therapeutic Massage, blending traditional Swedish massage with Sports Massage and Advanced Clinical Therapeutic techniques; integrating Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, muscle energy technique, and assisted stretching, among others.

I am Licensed in the State of Ohio, as well as Nationally Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

Before my LMT training, I earned a Bachelor's of Science in Journalism from Ohio University and a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Central Florida. - Go Bobcats!
