Stephen's path to massage therapy started with his own shoulder injury. That experience showed him firsthand how much of massage therapy can help people recover better — and it's what led him to found Armored Massage.

Trained at WellSpring School of Allied Health and certified in cupping and myofascial decompression and kinesiology taping, Stephen built his practice around one idea: treat the root cause, not just the symptom. He works with athletes chasing peak performance, patients preparing for or recovering from surgery, and anyone whose pain hasn't responded to typical treatment.

A member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, Stephen stays current on techniques through ongoing training — because recovery isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is his approach to it.

When he's doing massage work, he's finding ways to grow Armored Massage alongside his wife, Crystal.
