Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of people navigate pain, burnout, and the quiet unraveling that happens when we fall out of rhythm with our bodies. What I’ve learned: healing doesn’t rush. And touch - when it’s skilled, attuned, and honest - can become a way back to wholeness.

I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2010. I’ve taught it, too, training new therapists in anatomy, technique, and the deeper art of showing up for someone with your whole self. Now, in my private practice, I bring all of it to the table: clinical insight, intuitive pacing, deep respect for your lived experience, and a fierce belief that you deserve care that works.

This isn’t franchise massage. This is the kind of work that meets you where you are - and stays.
