My name is Deanna, and I always have a difficult time putting words to touch. The word that comes to mind is *Magic*, which has been most inspired by all of my clients and the juicy feedback that comes post-massage. Truly, I view massage as a healing art form and has been the most foundational part of my life since 2015. The massage I offer is very unique and is a blend of several modalities. It would primarily fall under deep Swedish if I had to put it into a category. Whether you're someone that needs a little nervous system reset and/or having specific needs where deep tissue is a must, I've got you on all fronts!

In so many aspects of life, it doesn't matter what you do but rather how you go about it. I find this to be oh so true when it comes to massage. Over the years I've learned that the more relaxed you and your body are, the deeper we can go. I'm wanting to believe that we don't always have to grow and heal through pain. There's enough of that going on! Though I access deeper layers, I go about it in a way that just feels gooOoood. The idea that deep tissue work needs to be painful in order to be beneficial is an unnecessary, outdated idea. I tend to find the edge, and not push past that threshold seeing it as consent within the body. If that piques your interest, it should! Not all massages are transformational, but I have found that mine can be.

Beyond the physical, I believe each of us has the capacity to heal ourselves, and sometimes we need a little help from an external source to create some ease in our lives. I am honored to facilitate the healing of others, and let the love I have for massage and the human body permeate through my finger tips.

A little guidance when choosing how long of a session you'd like:

If you don't have any specific complaints where we're doing any problem solving, then a 60 minute session should be perfect. I can do a full-body session within that time, or a lot of folks will have me forgo the arms and legs and just focus on everything along the torso. Of course, it's tailored to your wants and needs!

If you're actively in pain or coming in with specific goals in mind, I suggest a 90 minute session. I often feel I need to do a full-body session in order to get the whole picture, and gain clarity on any and all compensation patterns along with diving deep into the areas you'd like addressed. You may be wanting something, but your body may be requiring something else, and of course, that takes time to decipher.

Of course, I do everything in-between and longer sessions if you need!
