With over 20 years’ experience in customer service, logistics and retail, I understand the need to balance multiple demands at once. As a martial artist I understand the need for flexibility and quick response. After a while the body needs a tune up and reset. The deeply bent knees of horse stance, the twisted spine from crescent spin kicks, the snap of a backhand; all these movements crafted over months and years. Your body occasionally needs to relaxed and restore the fluid stretch of motion.
