I can always be found loving the outdoors; hiking, paddleboarding, climbing, horseback-riding, etc., and scouting out new trails, gardens, and sculpture parks. I regularly and intentionally pursue workshops, retreats and trainings of varying interests and studies to enhance my knowing of self and my ability to care for others. In more recent years my practice has guided my studies to hone in on the importance of Lymph maintenance and am elated to share the integration of learned physiologically devised techniques and intuitive healing care with all those who are interested in learning their body in this subtle and profound way.
