I am here to assist you in the balancing, motivating, and healing of the Lymphatic System, and by proxy, delve into the health and optimal functioning of your body as a whole.

My decades as a yogini, energy practitioner, meditator, breathwork & yoga instructor, MLD practitioner, and Thai Bodywork practitioner inform our sessions so that you receive the multi-dimensional care that you deserve and that you can thrive on moving forward! We can easily incorporate breathwork, herbal compresses, essential oils and yogic stretching to enhance each session. I continue to grow within my practice in order to be of service with increasing experience, education, dedication, and study.
Whether you're active or more sedentary, the system can get sluggish and the body will find itself holding onto infections in the form of heavy protein-rich fluids. This can continue to cause fluid retention, allergic flare-ups, fatigue, joint and nerve resistance, and brain-fog, for example. Special lymphatic circumstances exist for those with surgically removed lymph nodes, dense scar tissue clusters, Fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, sinus build-up, digestive blockages, consistent swelling in the limbs, excess fat retention areas, hypertension, menstrual cramping, etc.
I will guide you through the process, addressing your body's individual needs.
It is also a treatment that soothes the nerves and stimulates the heart in a way that overrides the body's pain receptors, leaving you relaxed, refreshed, and tension-free.
You can expect a light, delicate touch paired with rhythmic movements on the skin level in a relaxed and calm atmosphere with a focus on the main points of drainage, the lymph nodes and the lymph collector pathways throughout the body.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatments are gentle and non-invasive.
The technique is physiologically and methodically activating the rate of filtration and cleansing in a way that cannot otherwise be achieved. I will happily guide you through the inner workings of the system and treatment impact, offering as much detailed information as you'd like in order to feel comfortable and connected to the process. The treatment is relaxing and integrative, enjoy.
Following the treatment, diet and exercise only amplify the benefits and train the body to cleanse independently for a more sustained period. Recommendation is three treatments within a two-month period for first time clients. These initial sessions give us a very clear picture of how your body receives the treatment, how it best purges the fluid, how long that drain lasts, and what underlying needs may arise to tend to in other areas of the body now that the inflammation is reduced.
Each client is unique and will learn their body's response to the treatment and it will alert you as to when you are in need of another cleanse or reboot. This is a relaxed exchange, your body will know when it needs lymphatic care and you are welcome to reach out to me anytime.
