Touch is one of the most primal of senses. When something hurts, the first thing we do is touch the hurt to soothe the pain. People have been learning and practicing massage therapy ever since. For nine years, I have specialized in therapeutic massage using individual combinations of Pain-free Deep Tissue, Structural Dynamics, Neuromyo, PNF, Cranial-Sacral, Myofascial release, Reflexology for Hands and Feet, Cayce/Reilly® massage, Swedish, Pregnancy / Postnatal, TMJ in-mouth protocol, Hydrotherapy with Ice and Postural Assessment along with detailed Client Intake histories.

This personalized approach has helped clients with chronic headaches, migraines, neck pain, shoulder pain, tingling in hands and fingers, back pain, wrist pain, low back pain, hip pain, IT band pain, knee pain, leg pain, plantar fasciitis, fallen arches, bunions and scar tissue from injury and surgery. Even injuries and surgeries that are years old can be improved by:

lessened pain
increased Range of Motion
more efficient function.

Massage therapy can be an important aspect of your health plan, that is why it is so important to talk to your health care providers about adding massage therapy as part of your wellness strategy. Self-care should Never Be a Luxury!
