Stephanie Gish is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, TriggerPoint practioner, amateur bodybuilder, and a military spouse who has dedicated her life to helping others achieve their fitness goals through intentional bodywork and sports massage techniques.

She specializes in two modalities; general Swedish relaxation massage and

Triggerpoint/Myofascial Release bodywork treatment.

Stephanie graduated from the Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma, Washington.

She also has a continuing education course in Zen TriggerPoint Anatomy under Bill Thompson, a student of William "Dub" Leigh, who was a student of Ida Rolf (Founder of "Rolfing").
