Mind-Body Studio introduces Integrative Somatic Healing; Arts (ISHA) a holistic approach to the release, recovery, and integration of pain, stress, and trauma. It is an evolution and synthesis of traditional Bodywork, subtle energy body healing, spiritual psychology, and somatic practices.

With over 30 years of private practice and teaching various healing systems from around the world (ancient and modern) I've decided to start a new chapter in healing services. Offering a full-spectrum of in-person and remote healing services.

At Mind-Body we work together to effectively release the pressures, restrictions of motion, and the patterns of pain that come from sustained injury on physical, emotional, and bio-energetic levels. Releasing these pressures and tensions is key in opening us back to our true potential.

Treatments are gentle yet deep so that we can acclimate to the deep changes taking place inside us. During a session we may engage in a verbal dialogue to help identify areas of need, or understand the progression of treatments.

This safe and effective approach gets to the roots of our healing and produces lasting results and freedom from pain, stress, and trauma. We succeed where other therapies have fallen short!
