Listening with my hands

I listen to my clients first with my ears, then with my hands as I work with intent to unravel the dysfunction that has taken root in their bodies. I use a combination of modalities to address the issues they are feeling. Each session is tailored to that particular client at that particular time. I use neuromuscular techniques and myofascial release combined with stretching, joint movement, and simple exercise to rehabilitate my clients. I have doing massage since 2004 and I actively seek more education to benefit others

I can, also, do a relaxing deep tissue massage to ease the tension and stress of the day.
