I'm Malika or Mali for short. Before graduating from the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts, I was involved in the fields of social work and mental health for ten years. This compliments my interest in approaching wellness as a holistic collection of key components and allows me to provide a trauma-informed approach. I enjoy continuing education to achieve professional versatility and create customized sessions.

I take a mind-body approach when dealing with pain and stress relief. My default style is slow and intentional calming your directly related nervous system to release tension while addressing the same within your muscles and fascia. I believe active listening and empathy are vital to providing a restorative environment for the folks I work with. My space is inclusive and body positive.

With all the chaos in the world, inflation, and the general demands of existing on this planet, self-care is perhaps more important than ever. Regardless of its benefits to one’s physical being, mental and emotional state, bodywork is considered a luxury for many. Because of this, I have committed to always offering sliding scale options.
