In 2015 I graduated as a Massage Therapist from Fox Valley Technical College. Since graduation I have specialized in different massage modalities such as deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal massage and cupping.

From our hectic lifestyles to the forever changing Covid-19 protocols, I'm a firm believer in self-care.
