Sacred Lomi is a Hawaiian massage also known as "loving hands" massage. Sacred Lomi consists of light to moderate continuous, flowing massage strokes to help one surrender into a deeper relaxed state.

This session begins with Garshana meaning “friction” in Sanskrit and consists of a full body massage to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic system. This is followed by an oil massage, Abhyanga, which is done with light to moderate pressur
