Founded by Jeneka Romero, LMFT and certified massage therapist, our practice blends ancestral wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques to create a sacred space for deep restoration and empowerment.

We are proud to expand our offerings with the addition of a skilled massage therapist trained in the same holistic approach and also specializing in sports medicine. This allows us to better support a wider range of needs—from emotional stress and energetic imbalances to injury prevention, recovery, and performance enhancement.
