Lymphatic Drainage therapy is helpful with swollen lymph nodes, diminishing cellulite, aiding swollen feet/ankles and also promotes healthy lymph flow.

Prenatal Massage is extremely helpful for the entire process of pregnancy. You can enjoy a prenatal session from the moment you find out you are expecting right up until the due date. Prenatal massage helps common ailments during pregnancy such as lower back strain/pain, swelling in feet/ankles, releasing anxiety, and overall discomfort or pain.

Swedish Relaxing Massage helps lower blood pressure, relax tight muscles, promotes good sleep, and help circulation throughout the body.

Reflexology therapy helps boost blood circulation, eliminates toxins, improve/stimulate nerve function and improve the function of the Central Nervous System.

Trigger Point Therapy of the Upper Body: This is an area-specific work that involves using pressure from fingertips or elbows to loosen and break up the trigger point that is causing pain. Typically a trigger point will radiate pain elsewhere in the body. For example, you can have a trigger point in your neck but the pain radiates down your arm, so you believe the issue is starting in your arm.

I perform these professional sessions out of my home. There are no parking regulations in my area, so feel free to park anywhere. I am located on the third floor, so clients must be physically able to walk up three flights of stairs.
