Cabana 34 was opened for those who enjoy the thought and feeling of self-care. Before the pandemic, it was very difficult for people to enjoy spa and wellness services at an affordable price. During the pandemic, it was almost impossible for people to receive spa and wellness services at all. After the pandemic, it was scary for people to enjoy spa and wellness services with the fear instilled in them that they would get sick. The amount of discomfort that surrounds the spa industry can range from 0 to 100 when we get to thinking about it. It can become an overwhelming and stressful topic of discussion, when it really shouldn't be. Caring for our bodies should be enjoyable, therapeutic, rejuvenating and exciting all at the same time! I have always found joy in helping others and when meeting new people, I have always loved to bring a certain level of comfort and tranquility to the conversations. With massage, I am able to connect with my clients on a level of great understanding and appreciation so that they always leave feeling their very best. All of my clients come into Cabana with issues and focus areas they want worked on and upon the end of their session, I have a plan as to how we can continue working together to ensure that they continue to improve mobility, strength, flexibility and mindfulness. As we all know, every person is different (height, weight, pressure, overall health, etc.), and I am always making sure that their individual needs are met.
