You can also complement your massage or wellness routine with our private Infrared Sauna sessions for an additional opportunity to relax, recharge, and care for your well-being.

Founded by Lauren C. Smith, a Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist practicing since 2014, BEM Wellness Center has grown from a mobile massage practice into a dedicated wellness space in Ellicott City, Maryland.
