Sessions may incorporate techniques such as stretching, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release when appropriate. You can also complement your massage or wellness routine with our private Infrared Sauna sessions for an additional opportunity to relax, recharge, and care for your well-being.

Founded by Lauren C. Smith, a Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist practicing since 2014, BEM Wellness Center has grown from a mobile massage practice into a dedicated wellness space in Ellicott City, Maryland.
