Welcome! I am Leslie Brooks LMT, CLC and I am glad you are here. I have been practicing since 1999 as a massage therapist and obtained by license for Massage Therapy through the State Medical Board of Ohio in 2005. In 2022, I certified as a life coach through the Life Coach Institute, fulfilling a 10 year dream of being a life coach.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have worked in various settings including spas, professional sports, athletes, and high pain clients in my time as a licensed massage therapist. As a LMT, I provide mainly deep tissue therapy, but still enjoy doing Swedish/Relaxation Massage as well. In my sessions, I have a focus to deeply question patterns that create the pain patterns that exist in your world.

Much like in massage therapy, as a Life Coach, I am looking to work with you to uncover the pain points in your life. Through a series of introspective questions, we will work to understand the edges and contours of the dynamics and thinking that is not in alignment with who you are inside.

Let's question your numbing tactics, which can look like:

2.) people pleasing preoccupation

3.) chasing a paycheck or corporate position to the detriment of your relationships
