I'm in La Mesa, a simple place working with what I need to delivery a good quality massage, I work with the body, generally slow and methodical. Whether your dealing with aches, pains, stiffness or just need to relax and unwind come on in for a visit and for a bit extra you can add hotstones, cupping or massage gun deep tissue percussion to a session.

If your dealing with something I may be able to help. My goal with any of my clients is to get them to a point where they don't need to come in, then periodically come in for maintenance or to check in with their body as needed.
