Mission

To provide individualized therapeutic massage treatments and corrective exercise training; aimed at decreasing acute and chronic pain, increasing range of motion, correcting postural dysfunctions, and improving activities of daily living. We strive to improve the overall health and wellness of the local community using noninvasive therapeutic techniques.

How is Therapeutic Massage different from your typical "Spa" massage?

Therapeutic massage has benefits beyond relaxation. Therapeutic massage focuses on your body's soft tissue, muscles, tendons, and ligaments that move and support your body. The use of medical driven massage techniques can decrease the onset of migraine headaches, decrease pain and symptoms from chronic conditions such carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, piriformis syndrome, fibromyalgia, sciatica, and TMJD. Massage can decrease back and neck pain as well as treat injuries from work, automotive accidents, and sports. Massage paired with corrective exercise training will ensure longevity of my treatments an improve my client's overall health and well-being.
