I started my massage journey when my son was 3. He was struggling with asthma and sinus/ear infections. We found alternative means of treatment for him and after seeing how well natural holistic medicine worked, I started searching for other ways to improve health and wellness in this field and found massage. Using massage to help people rid themselves of pain and become more aware of their bodies has become a passion.

I approach each massage as an opportunity to help relieve stress, resolve pain, restore overall balance and harmony within the muscles and fascia, and increase mindful body awareness.

I use a variety of therapeutic massage techniques including neuromuscular, myofascial, hot/cold stone massage, stretching, sports massage, prenatal massage, and cupping therapy. During each session, clients will be given a stretch or exercise to further improve function in the areas worked and further eliminate pain.
