I'm a licensed massage therapist with a deep appreciation for the way our bodies carry us through every season of life. My approach to massage is intuitive, intentional, and grounded in meeting each person exactly where they are that day.

My training began through Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences where I studied medical massage therapy with emphasis on anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, therapeutic techniques, musculoskeletal conditions, and whole body wellness. Over the years my work has grown into a style that blends therapeutic, focused bodywork with the slower, restorative elements that allow the nervous system to settle and the body to truly let go.

I believe some of the best healing is found in simple things-quiet, rest, movement, fresh air, and taking time to care for the body we ask so much of every day. Living and working in Northern Michigan has only deepened that belief.
