After over a decade working long hours at a stressful and physically demanding career in film and television, I have found joy and a calling in massage therapy.

Throughout my career and personal life, when I needed healing, I turned to massage. I know from personal experience the value in massage therapy and that is why I became a practitioner. I am passionate about the healing power of touch and offer services that include relaxation massage as well as deep tissue work and myofascial release techniques.
