Seleah Sheares, founder of Golden Life Services, believes that everyone deserves a quality touch, which makes your life golden. Golden Life Services incorporates the education of the mental, physical and emotional aspects and benefits of massage. The modalities used to create a golden life are Swedish, shiatsu, stretching, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, breathing exercises, aromatherapy and reflexology. Golden Life customizes each massage to your individual needs, concerns, and short-term and long-term goals.

Seleah is a Doula through the Mama Glow Foundation. What is a doula? A doula is trained to assist a birthing person during childbirth. Doulas provide continuous: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual support, education, and advocacy for a mother or birthing person throughout pregnancy and postpartum. She is also trained in pregnancy massage. (Services will be provided soon.)
