60 minute massage
This massage is a full body customized massage to fit your specific needs. Either it be relaxation, therapeutic or a deeper massage. The session may include trigger point therapy or stretching. An hour massage is typically the most popular.
90 minute massage
This massage is a full body customized massage to fit your specific needs. Either it be relaxation, therapeutic or a deeper massage. This length massage works well if a full body massage is wanted along with addressing a more specific concer
Pregnancy Massage
This relaxation massage can help relieve any discomforts during pregnancy. It will be customized to address any specific needs.
Hot Stone Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used in combination with the therapist's hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation
