I was drawn to a career in massage therapy because I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies. Seeing how stress, pain, and daily life can take a toll inspired me to learn hands-on ways to support healing, relaxation, and overall well-being.

I received my training from Sabai Professional Massage Academy, where I built a strong foundation in anatomy, technique, and client-centered care. I am committed in furthering my education to provide the best care possible.

I specialize in techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and pre/post natal massage. My work is especially helpful for clients dealing with stress, chronic pain, muscle tension, injuries, or those simply needing time to relax and reset. Every session is tailored to your specific needs, whether you're looking for therapeutic relief or a calming, restorative experience.

I currently offer massage services in Stevensville MT, providing a comfortable and welcoming space where you can unwind and focus on your well-being.

Outside of massage therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, gardening, balking, and hanging out with my fur babies and husband which help me stay balanced and bring positive energy into my work with clients.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, cared for, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.
