Tranquil Blessings Massage & Wellness® began with a simple desire:
To be a vessel in helping others, as much as I have been helped, by offering a holistic approach to wellness.

Having suffered from pain since childhood, due to scoliosis, various broken bones, and injuries throughout my life, I am familiar with pain and can empathize with those who suffer the same. At the same time, I can personally testify to the significant benefits of the use of various modalities of massage and bodywork to bring relief.

I’m excited to be in a place in my life that I can give back to others of what I have benefitted from myself. In 2021 I received my Iowa state licensing in Massage Therapy and in 2023 my certification in Integrative Reflexology®.

The first step in seeking relief, and at most times the hardest, is to reach out for help. It’s hard to think of ourselves as worthy of wellness and self-care, but we ARE. You ARE!

By offering a variety of therapeutic modality techniques – tailored toward each client’s specific needs – my goal is that you will leave your session with less pain, more mobility, and that you will have experienced tranquility, wellness, and you will have been blessed.
