My name is Searianna, and I am the founder and sole practitioner of 3 Ravens Holistic Synergy. My goal as your personal healer is to relieve your stress, heavy energy, aches, pains, anxiety, depression, and more. The type of healing massage I focus on is unique and custom to what you, your body, and soul require. I provide bodywork such as Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Swedish Massage, and Trigger Point, but I also offer Reiki and Tarot Guidance for those who enjoy a holistic approach. It is a well-known fact in today's age that we do not spend enough time healing ourselves. Whether we are parents chasing after the kiddos, family supporting one another, or even taking care of strangers, it is not often that we welcome ourselves back and check in with how we are feeling.

About myself, I have been practicing massage for over 12 years and have had the wonderful privilege to meet, relax, and heal thousands of people in that time. I went to school and graduated from the massage program at Anthem College with 500 hours of instruction time and over 120 clinic hours. Four years later, I studied deeper and became a certified Prenatal Massage Therapist and Reiki II Practitioner. Furthering your spiritual healing, I offer Tarot Guidance and have been a professional Clairsentient for 4 years, reading for 13 years. Spiritual and holistic healing just seemed to call deeply to me, and now here I am, almost 14 years later, loving every moment. I truly adore what regular massage therapy and healing can do for the mind, body, and spirit. Just a basic Swedish massage for an hour or so every other week can make a world of difference mentally, physically, emotionally, and even spiritually. This gives you a peaceful timeout from the outside world to look within yourself, unwind, heal, and, in a way, hit the pause button on life to slow down and catch your breath.

Understandably, we all have responsibilities that require our unwavering attention at home, work, with family, and more. So how do we take a break from the hectic world with so much to do? My favorite quote is, "You should meditate for 20 minutes every day—unless you are too busy; then meditate for an hour." - Old Zen Adage. Massage and Reiki work the exact same way: the more jam-packed and hectic your life is, the more time you will need to sit, recover, process, and recharge. Overworking the mind, muscles, and emotions causes depleted energy, even after sleeping, weakens the immune system, and slows you down even further.
