I love health and wellness. My passion has always been to help individuals find holistic wellness, whether it is Reiki, exercise, or the healing benefits of gemstone jewelry.

I have been certified for Reiki. I use my intuition to work on specific areas.

"Reiki which is applied by hand, goes to the cause and effect. It is not associated with any visible material being. It is an unseen spiritual power that radiates vibration and lifts one into harmony. This power is incomprehensible to man, yet every single living being is receiving its blessing.” -Hawayo Takata

My inspiration for Reiki started when I learned about the late Hawayo Takata.
Hawayo Hiromi Takata (December 24, 1900 – December 11, 1980) was a Japanese American woman born in Hawaii, who helped introduce Reiki to the Western World.

I am also a Silversmith. I intuitively design wellness gemstone jewelry. I infuse each piece with Reiki energy.

I incorporate crystals for healing therapies during my Clairvoyant Sessions.

I am grateful to be part of the Back to Basics Wellness family. I am excited to bring harmony and wellbeing to others.
