I love health and wellness. My passion has always been to help individuals find holistic wellness, whether it is Reiki, exercise, or the healing benefits of gemstone jewelry.

I have been certified for Reiki 1 & 2 in 2014. I use intuition to work on specific areas. (Intuitive Reiki).

My inspiration for Reiki started when I learned about the late Hawayo Takata.
Hawayo Hiromi Takata (December 24, 1900 – December 11, 1980) was a Japanese American woman born in Hawaii, who helped introduce Reiki to the Western World.

I intuitively design wellness gemstone jewelry. I infuse each piece with Reiki. (Wellness bracelets are available to purchase here at Back to Basics Wellness).

I incorporate crystals for healing therapies in jewelry and in the Trifecta Balance class.

I designed and instruct the class “Trifecta Balance” (mind, body, soul).
This is the perfect fusion of movements inspired by Yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong. This transformative class is designed to harmonize your entire being. *Trifecta Balance* is a dynamic journey that blends mindful movement, breathwork, and energy healing to create a deeply centered experience. This class is created to promote strength, flexibility, and inner peace. I add Reiki during Shavasana to bring balance to your mind and soul, in order to leave you refreshed and aligned.
