I specialize in women’s wellness, TMJ and psoas release, John Barnes Myofascial Release (JFB-MFR), and chakra balancing to help you reconnect with your body on a deeper, more intuitive level. Each session is intentional, restorative, and tailored to what your body truly needs in the moment.

• John Barnes Myofascial Release (JFB-MFR) – A gentle, yet powerful approach to releasing restrictions within the fascia—the connective tissue that supports every system in your body. This work helps reduce pain, improve mobility, and create lasting change on both physical and emotional levels.

• TMJ & Psoas Release – Because your jaw and hips are more connected than you might realize. Releasing these areas can help ease pain, improve posture, and support emotional release and trauma healing.
