My goal as YOUR wellness partner is to be a source of support for you and to help you on YOUR health and wellness journey. I believe in the body's natural ability to heal itself, and I will utilize my expertise to assist in this process. My approach to massage is to listen to the body, engage in thoughtful communication with my clients, develop a treatment plan to support each persons unique needs and preferences by creating personalized, therapeutic and integrative massage sessions. All sessions are customized to meet the needs of each individual client.
