I am originally from Southern California and made Phoenix, Arizona my home in 2001. After a serious auto collision in 2017, I stepped away from a 20-year career as a small business bookkeeper and tax preparer. The injuries I sustained required extensive rehabilitation, and I spent many hours receiving hands-on care from physical therapists and massage therapists.

During that time, I experienced firsthand how powerful thoughtful, intentional touch can be in supporting healing — not only physically, but emotionally as well. What began as part of my own recovery gradually became a calling.

Today, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy. Trained in both relaxation-based and targeted therapeutic techniques, I approach each session with deep respect for the body’s resilience and capacity to heal. I believe that while every body carries its own challenges and story, every body deserves compassionate, skilled care.
