Regina, LMT, owner of The Massage Den – located in the Midway area of St. Paul, MN, specializes in relaxation massage and indulgent body treatments.

After spending over 13 years working in government and real estate and being the primary target of taxpayers’ frustration and venting, she returned to school to pursue her dreams of helping others to reduce their stress via the beauty and wellness industry.

As a graduate from St. Paul College’s Massage Therapy Program, she is well versed in multiple massage modalities, including Swedish, Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, prenatal, and hot stones to name just a few. She blends her training to customize a massage/treatment to fit your needs. She continues to expand her knowledge and skillset by continuing her education at Northwestern Health Sciences University.

Regina is also licensed by the Minnesota Board of Cosmetology as an Advanced Practice Esthetician and Nail Technician. She can be booked here for skincare or pedicure services at Woodhouse Day Spa.

When Regina is not providing wellness services, she can be found dining at the best restaurants the Twin Cities has to offer or mixing craft cocktails at Copperwing Distillery in St. Louis Park.
