Grace is defined by Merrian Webster as "disposition to or an act or instance of kindness, courtesy or clemency". As a verb it is "to confer dignity or honor on".

We all need grace. Grace for ourselves and others. Massage is an excellent way to give yourself grace; a gift of kindness to yourself, honoring yourself with time to relax, take a deep breath, recognizing who you are and all you do. Our bodies carry more than just the tiredness of the work we do physically, it stores so much of what we go through every day emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Massage can help restore and energize you. A simple gift with great impact.

When you book with Simple Grace, I will cater to your body's needs and will adjust the massage accordingly. Whether a spa experience, deep work or specific muscle work is what you are after I will use a variety of techniques to reduce stress, improve circulation, increase your range of motion and relieve pain so you can leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

I am pursuing a certification in the Hartman Style of Reflexology. As I am studying and practicing, you have the opportunity to experience reflexology at an excellent price. Also available is an appointment that is a combination of reflexology and massage. Please see the service menu to book what works best for you.

I work out of my home in a professional, private space. I am conveniently located off of C470 and Lucent Blvd in Highlands Ranch. You will receive my address after your appointment is booked.
