Having learned the benefits of massage for my personal back pain, I embarked on becoming a massage therapist to empower individuals to the benefit of at home massage. Over 60% of adults experience some kind of low back pain.

Many of my clients experience pain in their necks or backs brought on by an injury, poor posture, or too much time sitting.

I assist in relaxing tired over-stressed muscles from pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state.
