Ever wish you could just find a Massage Therapist that actually connects Your specific pain to proper treatment?

Well, Meet Katie.

I'm Katie- ready to help bring focus + clarity to your well-being. Registered Massage Therapist, lifelong learner, movement detective, and a firm believer that you are designed well.

I notice the little things: how you move, where your body is guarding, and which areas may be working overtime to compensate for something else. From there, I create a strategic, individualized treatment based on your body, your goals, and the life you need it to keep up with.

I also bring a strong understanding of sports-especially hockey- to the treatment room. Hockey places unique demands on the body through skating, shooting, contact, repetitive movement, travel, and recovery. Whether you're a competitive player, a recreational athlete, a hockey parent carrying half the equipment bag, or someone who simply wants to stay active, I understand that feeling better is rarely the final goal.

You want to get back out there.

The approach combines knowledgeable therapeutic care with normal conversation, practical education, and the occasional laugh. I'll explain what I am noticing, help you understand the patterns happening in your body, and - when helpful - give you realistic things you can do between appointments.

No impossible routines. No generic, one-size-fits-all massage. No Deep Tissue without focus

Just a thoughtful treatment, whole person approach and space to experience the absence of urgency.

Because when you feel well, you lead + live well.

Because ever person is bio-individual and your treatment should reflect that.
