My name is Shiwan "Moon" Haynes, licensed massage & bodywork therapist and founder of Sage Moon Massage & Healing.

My mission is pretty simple: Create a safe space for women to relax, release and leave feeling empowered!

I've been a massage therapist since 2011. I attended Swedish Institute of Health Sciences where I received and Associate's in Occupational Studies. Specializing in emotional and physical pain relief for women. Whether suffering from chronic neck pain, back pain, anxiety or stress, I am confident that I can support and assist in your journey to a pain-free you! In other words, my goal is to help women feel good, hurt less, and sleep better.

I do understand the plight of a woman. We worry! It's in our nature to. With that can come an array of emotions, feelings and even physical pain! Allow me to assist and support you on your journey to wellness.

I am certified in Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Traditional Thai Massage, and Reiki all of which I use in my practice.

Nothing makes me happier than helping my strong women find their peace of mind and feeling pain-free in the process of doing so!
